Updates

Since I completed number 28 I’ve been wanting to explore color more. This one is an evolution of number 28.

Posting some progress shots of #30 here. Playing with a few more colors.

I’m not sure that this one is finished yet and added a few new shapes (crowns, dollies, or teeth).

Trying out some new things here

Just wrapped up another one. I don’t know if you can tell, but i recently picked up an airbrush and it made a tiny appearance in the production of this painting.

They are getting a little more complex…

This one is complete. It is one of the first ones I have completed on panel in a few years and I like the experience of painting on a harder surface.

I suppose this one is finished. I was going to go some more blue layers but I think this is in a hood place for now.

Posting some images of an unfinished painting here. I’m trying a few more things here, adding some new shapes/marks, and incorporating some new pinball iconography.

Went to the Pacific Pinball museum and was reminded why I like pinball machines so much.

Trying a new thing here where I stop myself from applying an all-over red layer.

You might not be able to tell, but this painting uses some new colors that I haven’t used before…

Just got back from a work trip to NYC and need a few days to get back up to speed in the studio. Posting some images of number 20 here. Finished this one before I left.
